Many times, the feat of education is thwarted by a misaligned design at best; an unintentional design at worst. After spending many years of my life as a professional educator for year-long Higher Ed courses, week-long workshops, 2 hour-long masterclasses, and hourly private lessons, there is one thing I have learned, one thing that compelled me to obtain a Masters in Instructional Design from UMass Boston and it is this: an intentional instructional design, centered around the learner, is more educationally effective than a haphazard design centered around performance goals.

ABOUT ME
My journey in education starts with some humble beginings as a K-12 tutor as a kid and brought me Higher Ed as an Adjunct professor, which inspired me to expand into the career of Instructional Design.
